Details
Round 2 of the Bin Trim program is due to wrap up in April 2017. Over the three years that the grant program has been running, $11.9million in grants has been awarded. Grantees have conducted waste assessments on over 17,000 businesses. The conference presentation will present an overview of the outcomes of the program, and highlight key areas for success in engaging with small to medium enterprises (SMEs) on waste reduction.

Dr Jill Lethlean has over 20 years’ experience in the waste industry, including in government and consulting. She has postgraduate qualifications in both waste management and data analysis.
Jill has a long-standing interest in waste and recycling data, and has been heavily involved in managing waste data programs for the past 15 years. Since establishing her own consultancy in 2014, she has been involved in a variety of waste data projects, in both NSW and WA.
