Details
This project is a valuable tool for local councils to engage their local community in Sustainable Development utilising their local school and students. Eco-Schools Australia is an international framework for schools accreditation for sustainability education that is currently being run in over 60 countries around the world, incorporating more than 40,000 schools. In order to achieve the coveted Green Flag accreditation schools must introduce student led sustainability actions in their school and demonstrate engagement with their local business community as well as parents, local council and other stakeholders.
